The Reset Button
They say Bohemians that Piscean energy is fluid and nebulous. The watery realm refers to our emotions and our feelings but if you live anywhere near Wollombi, this is having a very literal affect on our environment with pelting rain the dominant feature. This weekend is a chance to wash the slate clean, after the delicious topsy turviness of the last two weeks.

There is much written in the stars this weekend luna lovelies, as we trawl the depths of the dark moon before the Universe resets around the new moon. It has been a life changing couple of weeks since the full moon in Leo, when we were encouraged to seek our heart’s desire – in whatever form that may have taken. As the moon waned over the past two weeks, the clues would have been strewn about you whilst you perhaps unwittingly shed anything that may have been blocking you from reaching the heart’s goal. Consider that work done now and use the final hours of this dark moon to consciously shed anything you may feel lingering.

The New Moon falls this month in Pisces, to join her partner the sun once more, as she does at the start of each astrological phase. Piscean energy is nebulous and fluid. It speaks to our emotions and our feeling nature. It is also the realm of intuition, telepathy and dreams. Pisceans lead with their hearts. They are highly sensitive, both within themselves and to the feelings of others. Pisces is the seat of high magic and despite amorphous appearances to the contrary, should never be taken lightly. This energy is a powerful elixir.
It is time now to link your heart’s desire with your dreams. Every single one of us has Pisces somewhere in our chart, and so at some level we are all able to access this portal to our deeper selves. With our sun and moon in Pisces for the next few days, now is the perfect time to connect to your innate wisdom. Ask questions and wait for the answer, whether they come through your night wanderings, repeated messages and signs or simply a little voice coming from somewhere inside you. The atmosphere is heightened for those willing to tune in to the music of the spheres.

At the same time, Mercury finally shimmies forward again this weekend. Give your technology a hug if it survived this transit and you didn’t throw it out the nearest window. It’s been tough for all of us. If you were able to see beyond the frustration and left space for the magic, you will probably find yourself surveying an entirely new landscape to the one you were so very used to just a few weeks ago. What you thought was set has shifted. What seemed a complete disaster initially has worked out okay in the end. A blunder here can often result in a whole new there. This is the gift of retrograde. One that you don’t have to unwrap again for another couple of months at least. If you have been holding off signing contracts, booking tickets or buying big stuff consider this a green light.
Our key relationship players, Mars and Venus are also just about to move. Venus into Aquarius and Mars retrograding (yes, that word again) in Libra. Once again, how this affects you directly is incumbent on where these two planets fall in your personal chart. From a big picture point of view, expect relationships to be sprinkled with a dash of the unusual. A challenge has also been issued to look at how partnership really works. Be open to new ideas and new ways of relating, in all aspects of your life. They will show themselves if you are willing to compromise a hard line stance. A word of caution luna lovelies: Mars retrograde is the worst possible time to issue a challenge or start a fight. You will not triumph. When the God of War is bootscooting backwards he is not in his power. Nobody wins and the fallout is often bloody.
Even as a devotee of ritual, now is not the time for anything elaborate or definite. Rather, this new moon and this weekend as a whole, take advantage of the reset button that has just fallen out of the sky. Reinvent your life by listening to the whispers and ignoring the shouts.
