The Pisces Waiting Room

You have arrived to the Pisces waiting room and all that bobs patiently in its fertile pond of dreams. Here we sit in odd solitude biding time and tides and waiting for the big change we feel coming deep in our marrow. Bones worn weary by a world chewing its own arm off in spite and a revolution of the species that will no longer broker refusal.
Planets hover at the border of transformation and their gods pound the terrain. Anaretica courts panic and care. Storms build and release as dark lighning strikes deep within. And we continue to wait, resting in this strange between and hoping its riddles will curl like questions inside hungry hearts.
Still the tides rise. Still the earth quakes. Still your life's greatest queries refuse shrugged shoulders or hands thrown in despair. All our answers lie over the border of imagination as necessity mothers childish fear into fresh form. Courage is borne of this sharp labour.
This year the ides of March promise a great deal more than warning. The next wave of epochal change will sweep through its shift of season. Initiation waits at its border, impatiently picking at the threads and kicking loose stones into the void.
It is too late now to prepare. The yawning years when we could have are sinking behind us. What is undone will remain so by design. The pillars of the old world were rooted in quicksand that is claiming it, fully and finally. Though the crowd clamours towards the right side of history, true nature will betray selfish intent.
On the far sides of the world, out beyond its shimmering edges and steep oblivion, the next world waits for us to sing it in from the darkness. Start humming the tune your soul knows by heart. Start tapping its timbre on those old bones. Feel its sinewy strings plucking your own. Shake dreams from your hair and let them land in your open hand.
