The one that appropriates pop astrology for its own ends while slavishly disregarding the deeper meaning of transit and planet, the greater cosmic choreography and the alignment required to maximise its mighty force.

Haul the megaphone from the watery depths darklings and prick up your flaming ears. Now do we move beyond sodden thoughts and haul acuity from the doldrums. Progressing from Pisces to Aries, Mercury has crossed the threshold of the most powerful initiation point in the zodiac. In a year built on rapid transitions, our marvellous minds once more poise for welcome change.

In the spirit of Mercury retrograde, we're going to do a quick revision on his masterful magic so that when he squares Saturn and Mars today we don't all drop our bundles (again) or get booted hard in the nostalgias.

Certainly harsh words will be going cheap as Mercury breaks the watery stranglehold and charges into Aries in a few short hours time. A boon for bombastic manchildren in large white buildings everywhere *snore* Mercury's move into Aries is the early warning bell for his impending retrograde.

The movement of Mercury into Aries this morning is an antidote to nebulous communication but be careful what you wish for. Whilst the Neptunian delusionists and filthy liars alike are no longer as able to flourish under non fishy skies, Arien firepower can be dangerously bombastic in the wrong mouth.
