Dark Moon Deluge

Art is “Mother Moon” by Aesop

This dark moon is anything but restful, rippling with revelation in its starkest terms. The lunar ebb has been delivering a deluge that crams our wide eyes with scenes of devastation and despair, an inevitable tide that none can stem. We all know how we got here, to this existential tipping point of a world now in constant rolling crisis, whose powerbrokers remain only interested in saving themselves.

Any tipping point arrives when the weight of reality conquers empty conjecture and artful spin. Our personal revolution begins to burn when it hits home with unbearable force and uneasy reckoning. Now, if not already on relentless repeat, choose your path through the fray.

The planets have come to play for keeps. Two curtain raisers agitate the dark moon and refuse her respite. Both deliver their shadow and light as prelude to the new moon. Urania is sextiling the Sun, courting innovation and imagineering. Necessity remains the mother of invention. Solution never lies in a puddle of the same old shit. You must do something different now, or as many things as you can. It is the small shifts that add up to big change.

Merc and Saturn meet in Aquaria on the sharp edge of the new age now birthing. Its labour painful and necessary to bring hope and possibility to life. Critical thinking is the only way to navigate the juncture of conditioning and information overload. It demands sustained concentration in the face of cognitive dissonance and a persistent inculcation of hope when reality bites. Our new foundations will not stand upon the old. They must be laid upon something stronger, and ultimately true.

In times of trouble and strife, war and flood and suffering, the very best thing we can do is help. Hands reaching out instead of thrown up in despair, as the tide washes over us. Begin in your smallest spheres and ripple out from there. Whatever you have to offer is enough, because there is always room for more.

Take care, darklings.

What does love look like? It has the hands to help others.
