A Different Dark Moon

In much the same way that every full moon has a unique flavour and influence, not all dark moons are created equal either. Some initiatory months they are akin to a frenzied pop up of shadows and snark factors, misdemeanor and redirection. Insight and learning curves masquerading as what-the-fuckery, playing hard to get in the dark.
The moon's balsamic phase regularly and ever so gently exhorts us to rest, renew and regenerate. To tend and digest the month that was, as prep for the fresh start line on the horizon. They can be effectively utilised as a monthly pause / retreat button in a world that won't set that time aside for you. Every dark moon done right sets the tone for what comes next. But not every dark moon is easy to gratefully slip into, even when its space has been rigorously set aside.
This month we are already boobs deep in the rolling initiations of Aries season. One that arrived like no other following The Year That Changed The World. A twisted firestarter to be sure, designed to change the long playing game. Its impetus to set fresh fire in your belly and kick your own private revolution up a gear cannot be underestimated or ignored.
This month's dark moon, on like Donkey Kong from now-ish, wanders through some fairly formidable astrology. Between now and the end of the weekend / start of next week, we have quite some cosmic distance to travel to the starter's gun.
So not necessarily restful, though the dreamscape has been turned up to batshit dimensions which will reveal a great deal. Sleep more and vision-nap whenever you can. Not offering an opt-out or refusal to engage with stars that will creep under thy skin. Hold tight to those new standards and boundaries. Not yawning with unfettered space in which to chew thoughtfully on your life. Let every interaction be your teacher not the school bully.
Get used to a new astrological year built to be transformazing but dispense with early judgements of good or bad. Let it unfold as a long-winded game changer. Decree everything that arrives as welcome intelligence, even if appears as a ballooning buffoon in the window of your life.
