Recalibration

After the spectacular whirlwind that has been the first quarter of this year - I'm still looking at you eclipse season - we're all more than ready for a hearty dose of slow mo. In the next month we will find ourselves having the pause button repeatedly pushed by three retrogrades as Mars, then Pluto and finally Mercury all haul themselves into reverse, joining long players Saturn and Jupiter. Throw a full moon in Scorpio into the mix and expect some solid stirring over the next fortnight.
This past week since an epic letting go on the dark moon and only the lightest of new moon ritual for me personally, I have found my life recalibrating in the most mysterious of ways. The hand of the Universe is gently shoving me more fully into what I do and love whilst unceremoniously revealing the deceptions and delusions that have been stealthily holding me back. Bless her resolute knowing and her billboards along the way.
Grounding myself through both the delight and the calamity has been key. Pulling my kin closer, reaching out to my support network - Holistic Intention your massage may just have saved my neck - and more than anything else falling gratefully into the ever loving arms of Mama Nature. When everything is moving so fast and changing so quickly, taking space and getting grounded is the only way to both integrate the shifts and properly recalibrate.
The upcoming retrogrades will ensure there is plenty of time for revision as we make uncommon sense of our new normal. Get ready to slow down. Breathe deeply. Find yourself a favourite tree and hug her often.
I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order.
