Eclipse Lore

Eclipses are a dance of shadow and light, conjuring both. Replete with endings and beginnings, mayhem and magic alike, eclipses offer us a regular reset button that knocks us back on to our soul's path if we have been led astray. This time sweeping up chaos and revelation, changing the world from the ground up and hurling it towards a new earth.

We are deep in an extended initiation sequence that began at equinox and continues right through April, while still taking on revolutionary challenges staring down the barrel of retrograde, renegade skies and sharp sudden change. All the better to keep us moving in step with the axis of evolution, courting our soul self and facing the future head on.

At today's Solar Eclipse Salon I was waxing lyrical about the mayhem and magic of this complex sequence, discussing both the specifics of the astrology and the broader context in our world and lives. Diving into the longer eclipse cycles and patterns, Merc's retrograde and Chiron's salt, how the eclipses and the nodal axis work together to deliver us beyond our current frame. We took a storytelling journey to explore the treasure trove of occult wisdom hidden within eclipsia. It was wild and magic just like the wild currents at play in our world.
