I woke with the stars to see the dawn and was delighted to receive some return ravens from my coven witches this morn.
Morning Kerrie,
I just wanted to drop a little email to tell you a story. I co sleep with 2 of my children still, Lulu is 9 and Archer is 12 (Wynter 15 in her own bed). Usually I lay in bed catching up on your posts and the kids are onto it. Your posts have become bedtime stories, we talk about the moon, I translate your words into their words.
Last night it was just Lulu and I and as we tuck in she says to me ‘ has the Space Lady sent another letter’ and I thought, Space Lady? Then I realised it was you. The Lady that talks of moons and stars, in space. I thought it was super cute and thought you would like to know.

Which inspired me to send precious witchling Lulu this quick little collage from the Space Lady, my new favourite moniker.
And then this raven arrived, from a fave magical creatrix.
Jesus I needed to start my day reading your email. Thank you thank you thank you. Until such time as I learn to trust my own soul again, that knows instinctively, your words are so often both a reminder and salve. A reminder to give myself ‘permission’ and a salve for my wounded heart to feel less alone during this time, and remember the cosmos is bigger than my ego or story. This too is my weepy time (thanks to your push to journal, I can flag this ...) I’m going gently and realise instinctively I’m always in retreat on the new and full moons, so a step in the right direction with that trusting self again. I think I’ll tend the garden this weekend, and cry if I need to.

The community we have built together, tethered to moon and stars and the wheel of the year is my fave online space. One where we can be safely vulnerable, unpolished and deeply connected to our own unique magics.
You are welcome to join us there, darklings
