The final cab off this week's packed retrograde rank is Jupiter, our giant guru planet rolling into his more regular reversal. Every nine months like cosmic clockwork, for four months at a time. A stretch of learning followed by a period of revision, on repeat.By Jove, he knows a thing or two about the getting of wisdom. Jupiter teaches us the difference between learning and mere consumption of material, joining knowledge to progress in his quest for our expansive growth. His learning focus, and ours, has been in Capricornia and don't we know it. Structural integrity as the key to our personal architecture. This reversal can offer a gentle shoring up of what has proven to bear weight and hold strong.Integration is too often traded in the galloping quest for more. Letting what we have learned already this year sink in and find its home in us may be just the medicine we are craving. Tending to changes and digesting their new conditions is how we fold them into our life. The retrograde process is always an invitation to internal planes of understanding. It is a sense maker, which is precisely why we return from its strange lands with fresh bounty and the second sight we had been craving. Is there such a thing as retrograde fatigue? This week it was a definite possibility. All this backing up of planetary trucks added another level of weird unsteadiness to a world on a new edge. Stationing points are clunky by nature and can knock us off our trajectory, a temporary condition now passed that is remedied by rest. After a constant hammering of the reset button, the retrograde pause button offers welcome respite. Regeneration is a function of stillness. Renewal begs us for long moments of time.Let it settle.Let it still.Let it set.Art @leafandpetaldesignWords c. Kerrie Basha 2020
