Recipe To Restore The Soul

Take your body to the sea. If a forest or a river is all you have in the cupboard, either can be used in the recipe and work just as well.Add a bright blue sky and a light breeze. A howling gale may be substituted here for those who prefer a stronger taste.Place your bare feet in the sand / grass and mix well.Take in deep lungfuls of fresh air and let them infuse all the ingredients. Allow the mixture to sit untouched and uncovered for at least an hour, more if you can spare it. The longer you leave it, the better the result.Feel the cockles of your mind unfurl as you stare out in front of you and let the mind wander. Take your time with this step as rushing it will only result in a repeated and thorough sifting of the mixture to remove the crumbs of crap.Bake for at least a further hour on a gentle heat or until well risen.Rest.Repeat.
