If you have ever been lost in fog you will know how disorienting it can be. Suddenly your markers drop away, the points of reference set in stone disappear and all is white as an ethereal mist swirls about you. It forces you to slow, or stop, as the standard belting forward motion may well result in you charging in an unknown direction or find you slamming into unforseen obstacles.But of course we don't like to stop, to have our momentum halted or our trajectory obscured. Our world routinely fights the mighty forces at play, trying to push its shit uphill and charge through irrespective of prevailing conditions. We resent the pause and turn our noses up at the halting and befuddling, routinely missing the magic.Walking through fog is nothing short of enchanting. It pulls your frame in close, imbuing your vision with a misty magic that forces a contraction in your focus. It offers instead a delightfully revealing close up without the distraction of a further depth of field. It changes your breath, slows your movement and tickles your inner child. It is pretty hard to keep me out of a foggy paddock, I just adore the change in state.Our visionary shamaness Neptune is in Pisces, waiting for the bright lady to join her for her peak on Wednesday, casting her cloudy tendrils all about us. It can be obscuring or confusing if you continue trying to peer through the telescope. Switch gears for your own benefit. Neptune particularly affects our dreamscape gifting us unusual access to our own high magic, so note well any dreams or visions in the lead up to the full moon: they will be instructive and very telling.Today is also Mercury's stationing point as he begins to charge forward once more, again covering eclipse territory with his mate Mars, our cosmic firecracker. Merc's stop, drop and roll is often a grand reveal that delivers us the puzzle piece missing through his retrograde.
